【Notice of Admission Reservation System】Request for Cooperation in Response to the Declaration of State of Emergency

【FRIDAY 29 JANUARY 2021 LIVE STREAM】
According to the format of the Live Stream auction, you will not be able to enter the auction venue, so please participate over the phone, leave an absentee bid or bid online at our online bidding platform.
【SATURDAY 30 JANUARY 2021 Modern and Contemporary Art】
① Please participate over the phone, leave an absentee bid or bid online at our online bidding platform whenever possible.
② Please note that admission to the venue is by reservation only.
If you wish to enter the venue, please apply in advance using the format below.

・Admission Application Deadline: Friday January 22 2021, 5:00 PM (JST)
・Please note that number of seats is limited. In case there are too many applications, we will hold a lottery.
・The result of the lottery will be announced by email by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, January 26.
・If you successfully get a seat, please attend the saleroom just by yourself.
・Please note that we don’t accept any preferences regarding location of the seats
・Please refrain from entering the venue and applying for admission if you are not intending to bid on the auction day.
・Please note that bidding in the saleroom will be closed at 8:00 PM. Please use other bidding methods to continue bidding after 8:00 PM.
③ We may limit the number of people who can attend the preview on Wednesday January 27 and Thursday January 28. Detailed pictures of the lots are available on our online catalogue for you to check in advance.

④ Please refrain from visiting if you have symptoms of higher-than-normal fever and cough, or you have had a contact with a person who had tested positive for COVID-19. Please cooperate with temperature measurement, disinfection of your fingers, wearing a mask, cough etiquette and keeping a secure social distance.

・Absentee Bid / Telephone Bid
Please fill out the following application form (you can find the same form in the end of our printed catalogue) and submit it by email or fax by 5:00 PM on the day before the auction (Lot 001 - 304 by 5:00 PM on Thursday, January 28 / Lot 305 - 654 by 5:00 PM on Friday, January 29).

③ When you receive an email confirmation from our system, your bid application is completed.

② Click on「Register to Bid」to place your bid.
③ You will receive an email automatically sent from our system. Please click on the URL in that email.
④ When you receive an email confirming the issuance of your paddle, your bid application is completed.
If you wish to participate online, please note that you need to submit bid application by 5:00 PM (JST) on the day before the auction (Lot 001 - 304 by 5:00 PM (JST) on Thursday, January 28 / Lot 305 - 654 by 5:00 PM (JST) on Friday, January 29).
