Article 9.7.　Modified the timing of conclusion a purchase and sale contract for the absentee bidders.
Article 12 Shipping Instruction Form -> Instruction Form
Article 15.3.  Setting the “Penalty” in case that the purchase and sale agreement is canceled.
Article 16.2.  Based on the Consumer Contract Act revisions
