Condition: There is a soiling due to aging throughout the surface. There is a tear which is thought to be coming from framing along the left edge. There is a crease on the left and right in the center and a small tear in the upper right corner. There are several wrinkles on the bottom left and right. The sticker of the appraisal agency is affixed to the lower left corner. There is a tape residue at the four corners on the verso which are thought to be coming from framing. There is a small chip on the corner of the frame.
