Condition: Smears throughout, especially on the every corner. A line shaped scratch on the lower left corner. A tear on the center of the margin. 3 dents on the Warhol's forehead. A few scratches on the back of the head. A creasing by the left eye. A boomerang shaped scratch on the right margin. (Reverse). The work is attached on the mat by adhesive tapes at 4 points. There are 5 adhesive marks.
